Our Story
HR@Work (formerly Pamela Wyrtzen Sande & Associates) was founded in 2016 by Pamela Wyrtzen Sande, an executive HR leader, consultant, and author with extensive experience helping organizations address workforce, leadership, compensation, compliance, and organizational effectiveness challenges.
We serve Massachusetts-based organizations across a variety of industries, including nonprofits, human services organizations, engineering firms, professional services businesses, construction and landscaping companies, and other growing employers.
Our clients range from organizations with a handful of employees to those with hundreds of employees. While each organization is different, many share a common goal: building the leadership, structure, and people practices needed to support growth and achieve business success.
Today, HR@Work is known for helping business owners, Boards of Directors, executive directors, leadership teams, and HR professionals translate organizational goals into practical people strategies.
