Introduction
Massachusetts employers must provide written notice to employees of their rights under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act as of an employee’s date of hire and if an employee notifies the employer of pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition. The MCAD issued a guidance document provided here that employers may use to to fulfill the notice requirement.
